There is no certainty; there is only adventure. — Roberto Assagioli

Boston native, daughter of Hong Kong immigrants, and an architect-in-training turned product designer.

Linear Background

Glacier National Park

My curiosity led me to study architecture, support investment professionals and assist strategists at a design innovation consultancy. Product design is a career that allows me to merge my interest in understanding humans, building products that change the way people work, and empowering people to be their best selves everyday.

Outside of my 9 am-5 pm, I'm shaped by practicing mindfulness, recharging with hands-on hobbies, exploring themes that are alive for me, finding ways to live a healthy lifestyle, and helping my cats find their mojo.

How I work

Connect the dots

I uncover the “why” and tie design decisions to the opportunity.

Work backwards

You can give me a complex problem and I'll find a way to solve it. I think short- vs long-term and when we're shipping vs shaping.

Balance

I balance human needs, business goals and technology in collaboration with my team. I like ambition and being practical.

A point of view

I bring perspective of what the impact and tradeoffs are.
